INCUS INVESTOR ASA - Scana Property AS sells the shares in Scana Property AB

INCUS Investors subsidiary Scana Property AS has on 18th August 2016 signed a

share purchase agreement for sale of the shares in Scana Property AB, who owns

the properties in Karlskoga (Sweden). Sales amount for the shares is 22.5

million SEK. The sale will have a positive effect of around 9 million SEK on the

Groups accounts and a positive effect on liquidity.

The transaction is expected to be closed the 1(st) September assuming that

buyer's financing conditions are fulfilled.

Scana Property owns, manage and rent out properties used by sister companies and

external tenants in Norway and Sweden.
