Sberbank Europe finalizes the sale of Sberbank Slovakia

July 29, 2015, Moscow - After signing the agreement on 17 December 2015, Sberbank Europe AG has now completed the sale of 99.5% of its Slovak subsidiary Sberbank Slovensko, a.s. to Penta Investments.As of December 2015, Sberbank Slovensko had total assets of EUR 1.8 bn and more than 110,000 active customers.

Sberbank Europe continues to further develop its digital products and services while focusing its business activities on its core markets.'
