PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE ORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING CALLED ON 19 APRIL 2024

Reggio Emilia, 3 April 2024 – With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of SBE - VARVIT S.p.A. ("SBE-Varvit" or the "Company") called on 19 April 2024, it is herewith announced that the following documents have been made available to the public today:

(i) the notice of calling of the Shareholders' Meeting and the relevant extract published in the daily newspaper 'MF';
(ii) (ii) the proxy forms pursuant to Articles 135-undecies and 135-novies of Italian Legislative Decree 24 February 1998; and
(iii) the illustrative reports of the Board of Directors pursuant to Article 125-ter of the TUF on the items on the agenda of the Shareholders' Meeting.

The notice of calling and the related extract as well as the illustrative reports and proxy forms are available at the Company's registered offices in Via Enzo Lazzaretti, 2/A - Reggio Emilia (Italy), on the Company's website www.sbe.it, "Investor" section and at the "SDIR" storage system at managed by Computershare.

SBE-Varvit is active in the production, distribution and commercialization of a wide and diversified range of fastening components including screws, bolts, nuts, cold and hot formed products, fasteners and highly engineered mechanical components.
