Vesting of Share Awards

Awards made on 24 April 2015 over ordinary shares of the Company under the Company's Deferred Share Plans have now become unconditional following the end of their Deferred Period.  In satisfaction of the Awards, on 24 April 2018 shares have been transferred to Directors and PDMRs of the Company as follows:-
