Vesting of Share Awards

Awards made on 13 May 2014 over ordinary shares of the Company under the Company's Deferred Share Bonus Plan have now become unconditional following the end of their Deferred Period.  In satisfaction of the Awards, on 18 May 2017 shares have been transferred to Directors and PDMRs of the Company as follows:-
