NOTICE OF AUCTION OF FORFEITED PARTLY PAID SHARES

All partly paid shares on which the call of one half of one cent per share due on 31 January 2011 remains unpaid are to be auctioned at Riverside Auditorium, Riverside Centre, Level 5, 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane on Monday 14[th] March 2011 at 10.00 am.

Any shareholders who have not paid the Call may redeem their shares by paying the one half of one cent per share call at any time prior to the day of the auction. Payment should be forwarded to the company’s share registry, Link Market Services Ltd, Locked Bag 3415, Brisbane, QLD 4001.
