AUCTION OF FORFEITED PARTLY PAID SHARES

Renison Consolidated Mines NL advises that as at 10 March 2005 the number of forfeited partly paid shares to be auctioned by the Company is 891,627.

All partly paid shares on which the call of one cent per share due on 31 January 2005 remains unpaid are to be auctioned at the Lecture Theatre of the Australian Stock Exchange Ltd, Level 5, 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane, on Friday 11 March 2005 at 10.00am.
