AUCTION OF FORFEITED PARTLY PAID SHARES

Renison Consolidated Mines NL advises that as at 11 March 2011 the number of forfeited partly paid shares to be auctioned by the Company is 63,449,872.

All partly paid shares on which the call of one half of cent per share due on 31 January 2011 remains unpaid are to be auctioned at Riverside Auditorium, Riverside Centre, Level 5, 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane on Monday 14[th] March 2010 at 10.00am.
