AUCTION OF FORFEITED PARTLY PAID SHARES

Renison Consolidated Mines NL advises that as at 9 March 2007 the number of forfeited partly paid shares to be auctioned by the Company is 533,388.

All partly paid shares on which the call of one cent per share due on 31 January 2007 remains unpaid are to be auctioned at the Riverside Centre Auditorium, Riverside Centre, Level 5, 123 Eagle Street, Brisbane, on Monday 12 March 2007 at 10.00am.
