SUSPENSION OF CONVERTIBLE NOTES FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The 10% Convertible Notes (the "Notes") of Renison Consolidated Mines NL (the "Company") will mature on 31 March 2007. The Notes will be suspended from quotation after the close of trading tomorrow, Friday, 23 March 2007, pending maturity.
