SUSPENSION OF 10% CONVERTIBLE NOTES FROM OFFICIAL QUOTATION

The 10% Convertible Notes (the “Notes”) of Rension Consolidated Mines NL (the “Company”) will be suspended from the official list of ASX Limited (“ASX”) prior to the commencement of trading on Monday, 24 September 2007 pending the conversion of the Notes into fully paid ordinary shares in the Company on 1 October 2007.
