Renison Consolidated Mines NL advises of the following in relation to the interest payment and redemption of the Company’s October 2007 Convertible Notes (ASX code RSNGC):

Interest: The interest due on the notes held will be satisfied by the issue of 0.5437346 of one ordinary share in Renison (ASX code RSN) for each note held.

Note Redemption: The redemption of each note held will be satisfied by the issue of 5.437346 ordinary shares in Renison (ASX code RSN) for each note held.
