SATS ASA: Completed share capital reduction in connection with share buyback

On March 3, 2026, an extraordinary general meeting of SATS ASA ("the Company")

resolved to reduce the share capital by NOK 8,500,000 from NOK 432,850,999.50

to NOK 424,350,999.50 by redemption of 4,000,000 shares.

The creditor deadline for the capital reduction has expired and the capital

reduction was registered effective with the Norwegian Register of Business

Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret) today, 11 May 2026.

Following completion of the capital reduction the share capital of the company

is NOK 424.350.999,50, divided into 199,694,588 shares, each with a nominal

value of NOK 2.125.
