Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement from the Norwegian state, represented by the Norwegian Ministry of Trade Industry and Fisheries today, 27 June 2018 regarding the completion of the sale of 37,800,000 ordinary shares in SAS (publ) (the "Company"). As a result of the completion of the sale, the Norwegian state represented by the Norwegian Ministry of Trade Industry and Fisheries will no longer hold any shares or voting rights in the Company. The notification of change in a major shareholding form is attached hereto.
