Group Management utilizes full pro rata share in SAS rights issue

On Thursday April 15 all six members of SAS Group Management had utilized their pro-rata share of subscription rights corresponding to a total value of approximately MSEK 1,9.

Mats Janson, President and CEO, has on April 15 utilized his 756,000 subscription rights in SAS AB to an average price of SEK 0.67 corresponding to a value of SEK 506,520. His total holding of shares after the transaction amounts to 1,008,000.

Mats Lönnqvist, CFO and Deputy President, has on April 15 utilized his 810,000 subscription rights in SAS AB to an average price of SEK 0.67 corresponding to a value of SEK 542,700. His total holding of shares after the transaction amounts to 1,080,000.

John S. Dueholm, Deputy President and CEO, has on April 15 utilized his 669,960 subscription rights in SAS AB to an average price of SEK 0.67 corresponding to a value of SEK 448,873. His total holding of shares after the transaction amounts to 893,280.

Henriette Fenger Ellekrog, Executive Vice President and Deputy President, has on April 15 utilized her 274,500 subscription rights in SAS AB to an average price of SEK 0.67 corresponding to a value of SEK 183,915. Her total holding of shares after the transaction amounts to 366,000.

Mats Lönnkvist, Senior Vice President and Legal Counsel, has on April 15 utilized his 60,000 subscription rights in SAS AB to an average price of SEK 0.67 corresponding to a value of SEK 40,200. His total holding of shares after the transaction amounts to 80,000.

Benny Zakrisson, Executive Vice President, has on April 15 utilized his 300,000 subscription rights in SAS AB to an average price of SEK 0.67 corresponding to a value of SEK 201,000. His total holding of shares after the transaction amounts to 400,000.
