ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE RESULTS OF TENDER OFFER FOR SHARES IN KERNEL HOLDING S.A.

Board of Directors of Kernel Holding S.A. ("the Company") with its registered office in Luxembourg, with regard to the current report no. 25/2021 dated on the 26th of October 2021 and the Invitation attached thereto ("Invitation") to tender for sale shares in the Company ("Shares"), informs that no offers to sell Shares were received as a result of the Invitation.
