Sanofi-aventis announced on May 2, 2011 the signature of an amendment to the liquidity contract signed with EXANE BNP PARIBAS on September 16, 2010.

This amendment modifies the resources allocated to the contract which now consist of:

10,000,000 Euros (instead of 40,000,000 Euros initially of which 20,000,000 euros had been made available);
Zero Sanofi-aventis shares.
