Effective October 9, 2012, David Pulatie retired from his position with Sanmina-SCI Corporation (the “Company”) as Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources. Mr. Pulatie will continue working for the Company in an advisory capacity through December 31, 2012. Mr. Pulatie is being succeeded by Alan Reid, who has been employed by the Company since 2001 in various senior human resources roles, mostly recently as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources.
