On March 17, 2011, Hari Pillai, President and Chief Operating Officer of Sanmina-SCI Corporation (the “Company”) notified the Company that he will resign from his position with the Company. Mr. Pillai will continue in a consulting capacity on terms to be determined. Such departure is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s policies or practices.
