LAPSE OF UNLISTED OPTIONS

Sandfire Resources Limited (ASX: SFR , or the Company ) advises that the following unlisted options, issued under the Company’s Long Term Incentive Plan ( LTI Plan ), have lapsed.

Lapse of unlisted options

• 580,497 zero exercise price options granted under the LTI Plan lapsed where service conditions were not fulfilled during the performance period.
