ENTITLEMENTS ISSUE SHORTFALL ALLOTMENT

Sandfire Resources NL (ASX: SFR ) (the Company ) has today allotted a further 365,400 ordinary shares at $1.20 per share from the shortfall available following closure of the Company’s recent Non-renounceable Entitlements Offer.

The Company will allot the balance of the remaining shortfall shares within the next few days following receipt of funds.
