COMPLETION OF ENTITLEMENTS ISSUE SHARE ALLOTMENT

Sandfire Resources NL (ASX: SFR) advises that it has completed the allotment of 9,716,933 ordinary fully paid shares at $1.20 per share offered under the Company’s recent Entitlements Issue, which closed on 19 August 2009. The Entitlements Issue raised $11,660,319, before costs of the issue.
