CALL ON CONTRIBUTING SHARES
Sandfire Resources NL ( the Company ) has on issue 7,679,848 Contributing Shares (ASX: SFRCA ) paid to $0.0001. To date, no calls have been made on the Contributing Shares.
The Company today confirms that a call has been made on the Contributing Shares in the amount of 15 cents per Contributing Share (the Call). On payment of the Call, the Contributing Shares will be fully paid up.
The Call will be payable no later than 5.00 pm AWST on 30 November 2009 . If holders of Contributing Shares fail to pay the Call when it is due or within 5 days after 30 November 2009, the Contributing Shares on which the Call has not been paid will be automatically forfeited and sold by the Company at auction in accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the ASX Listing Rules and the Corporations Act.

*The auction may be postponed in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company will separately announce the date of the auction.
A formal notice for the Call, including details of how to pay the outstanding amount, will be sent to all holders of Contributing Shares on 16 November 2009.
