APPOINTMENT OF JOHN HUTTON AS NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Mr John Hutton, son of the late Mr Graeme Hutton, has been appointed as a Non-executive Director to the Company.
The appointment of Mr John Hutton continues the close association of the Hutton Family with Sandfire Resources and reflects their interest and ongoing support.
Mr Graeme Hutton’s contribution to the development of the Company is also hereby acknowledged. He will be sorely missed as a business colleague, mentor and mate. His death has taken a pioneer of our industry.
