Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (KS005930, KS005935, SMSN, SMSD) ("SEC") on April 29, 2020 announced that its Board of Directors has authorized donations to the following foundations and educational organization.

1.   KRW 10.6 billion to Samsung Welfare Foundation

2.   KRW 26.5 billion to Samsung Life Public Welfare Foundation

3.   KRW 14.7 billion to Sungkyunkwan University
