RICHE M-MEDIA<00764> - Amendment to Results Announcement (Revised by RICHE M-MEDIA) The Stock Exchange has received a message from Riche Multi-Media Holdings Limited which is reproduced as follows:- "The Company find a clerical error on the Notes to the Results Announcement Form released on 24 September 2004. In the remarks 3 to the Results Announcement Form, the "Interest on convertible notes" for the six months ended 30th June 2003 should be "HK$169,000", instead of "HK$168,000" and the "(loss) earnings for the purpose of diluted earnings per share" for the six months ended 30th June 2003 should be "HK$23,711,000", instead of "HK$23,710,000"
