In accordance with the aforesaid Circulars, Notice of the AGM along with the Annual Report 2020-21 is being set only by electronic mode to those Members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories holding shares as on the cut-off date for the dispatch in accordance with the applicable laws.
