ANNOUNCEMENT OF MATERIAL EVENT

Sonae Capital, SGPS, S.A. (Sonae Capital) hereby informs that its subsidiary Bloco Q, Sociedade Imobiliária, S.A., has completed today the sales deed of the real estate asset in which the hotel 'Aqualuz - Suite Hotel Apartmentos', located in Lagos, operates.

This asset was sold to Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário Aberto Imofomento for the amount of 20.650 million euros, paid in full at the time of the sales deed.

As disclosed on November 2 nd 2020, this operation will generate an impact of approximately -1.9 million euros in Consolidated Net Results and, as a consequence, in Sonae Capital shareholders equity.
