Saga Pure ASA: share capital increase registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Saga Pure ASA (the

"Company") dated 28 January 2021 regarding completion of three different

subsequent offerings (the "Subsequent Offerings"). In the Subsequent Offerings,

a total of 9,728,592 new shares were allocated to subscribers.

The share capital increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offerings has now been

registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The new

registered share capital of the Company is NOK 4,788,784.23 divided by

478,878,423 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.01.

The new shares will be issued and delivered to the subscribers in the Subsequent

Offerings through the VPS as soon as possible.
