In compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and with reference to above, we would like to inform that Sadbhav Bhimasar Bhuj Highway Private Limited ("SBBHPL") - wholly owned subsidiary of the Company has submitted draft financing documents to NHAI in relation to Financial Close within the timelines stipulated in accordance with the Concession Agreement dated 23rd May, 2018.
