Director shareholding

Sabien (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer of the patented M2G energy saving device, announces that it has been notified today that Rosena Monaghan, the wife of Karl Monaghan, a Director of the Company, has sold 104,006 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 14.45 pence per share and her ISA has purchased 103,447 ordinary shares of 5 pence each at 14.5 pence per share. As a result of this transaction Mr Monaghan now holds directly and indirectly through his wife 1,257,945 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company representing 4.0 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
