Director shareholding

Sabien (AIM: SNT), the manufacturer of the patented M2G energy saving device, announces that, on 14 January 2014, it was notified that Rosena Monaghan, the wife of Karl Monaghan, a Director of the Company, sold 32,940 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 35 pence per share on 9 January 2014 and her ISA purchased 32,594 ordinary shares of 5 pence each at 35.1 pence per share on the same date. As a result of this transaction Mr Monaghan now holds directly and indirectly through his wife 1,258,504 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company representing 4.0 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
