Board Changes
The Board of Sabien announces that Cédriane de Boucaud Truell and Marco Nijhof, Non-Executive Directors of the Company, have decided to step down from the Board with immediate effect.
Following these board changes, the Board comprises two directors. The Company confirms that it intends to appoint at least one new Director to the Board and has commenced the process in this regard.
