Restricted Securities to be Released from Voluntary Escrow

Rumble Resources Limited (“Rumble” or “the “Company”) (ASX: RTR) confirms that pursuant to Listing Rule 3.10A that 1,466,916 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 16 June 2025 and 1,453,916 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow on 17 June 2025, being 6 months from the contract date.

The release of these shares does not change the issued capital of the Company.

This announcement is authorised for release by the Board of Directors for the Company.
