Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Rumble Resources Limited (‘RTR’) will be halted at the request of RTR, pending the release of an announcement by RTR.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 9 September 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

RTR’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Rumble Resources Limited – Request for Trading Halt

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) (“the Company”) requests an immediate trading halt over the Company’s securities.

For the purpose of the ASX Listing 17.1, the Company provides the following information:

1. The trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement by the Company regarding the outcome of a capital raise.

2. The Company requests that the trading halt remain until the earlier of the Company making an announcement regarding the matter above or the commencement of trading on 9 September 2025.

3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.

This request has been authorised by the Board of Rumble Resources Limited.
