NOTICE TO ELIGIBLE SHAREHOLDERS OF RUMBLE RESOURCES LIMITED PRO-RATA NONRENOUNCEABLE ENTITLEMENT OFFER
On 9 September 2025, Rumble Resources Limited (ASX: RTR) (the Company ) announced a pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement issue of 1 share for every 12 shares held by those eligible shareholders registered on the record date, 7:00pm (AEST) Friday, 12 September 2025 ( Record Date ), at an issue price of $0.025 per share to raise up to approximately $2,000,000 (before costs) ( Entitlement Offer ).
The Entitlement Offer is available to eligible shareholders of the Company as recorded on the register at the Record Date, whose registered address is in Australia, New Zealand, Mauritius or Singapore ( Eligible Shareholders ).
The Offer Document pertaining to the Entitlement Offer has been given to ASX and is available to view on the ASX website and Rumble Resources Limited website at https://rumbleresources.com.au. Further details regarding the Entitlement Offer have also been announced to the ASX and are available on ASX’s website.
The Company will not print or dispatch hard copies of the Offer Document and Entitlement and Acceptance Form unless specifically requested by an Eligible Shareholder. Instead, an electronic copy of the Offer Document and your personalised Entitlement and Acceptance Form can be accessed using your Holder Identification Number (HIN) or Securityholder Reference Number (SRN) (as per your latest Holding Statement) and your postcode at the following link: https://investor.automic.com.au. The Offer Document is also available on the Company’s website: https://rumbleresources.com.au.
You should read the Offer Document and any supplementary documents in full prior to making an application under the Entitlement Offer. Your application under the Entitlement Offer must be made by making payment in accordance with the personalised payment instructions on your Entitlement and Acceptance Form which is available through Automic's online facility. You do not have to return your Entitlement and Acceptance Form if you have made payment by BPAY or EFT.
