Geoff Jones appointed Non-Executive Chairman

Rumble Resources Limited ( ASX: RTR) (“ Rumble ” or the “ Company ”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Geoff Jones as Non-Executive Chairman effective 14 October 2025. Geoff joined the Rumble board as a nonexecutive director in June 2022 and has an excellent working knowledge of the Company’s assets and the corporate strategy.

Geoff is a civil engineer with over 35 years’ experience in engineering design and construction for minerals processing and mine project development in Australia and overseas.

Geoff is currently CEO of MACA Interquip Mintrex, an engineering and construction business providing services to the mineral processing and mining sector. Prior to joining MACA Interquip Mintrex, Geoff was the Managing Director for GR Engineering Services Limited. Geoff has also worked for Baulderstone Hornibrook, John Holland, Minproc Engineers and Signet Engineering and as Group Project Engineer for Resolute Mining Limited where he was responsible for the development of its mining projects in Australia, Ghana and Tanzania. He has served as a non-executive director on a number of ASX listed company boards and is currently a Non-Executive Director of LinQ Minerals Ltd.

Geoff’s package includes a salary commensurate with the position and 1.5 million options in Rumble, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM in November 2025, with similar terms (strike and tenor) to the new Long Term Incentive Scheme being implemented by the Company.
