(b) Resignation of Director

Following his confirmation by the U.S. Senate to serve as the United States Secretary of Defense on January 22, 2021, Lloyd J. Austin III notified Raytheon Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) that he was resigning, effective January 22, 2021, from the Company’s Board of Directors.
