Director/PDMR Shareholding

Rotork plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 0.5p shares undertaken by a person discharging managerial responsibility. 

·      The vesting of 179,088 of Jonathan Davis' nil-cost options granted in 2016 under The 2010 Rotork Long Term Share Incentive Plan and the off market sale to the relevant employee benefit trust of 84,172 shares for PAYE and NI liabilities arising on vesting and an off market sale of a further 47,458 shares to the employee benefit trust and the transfer of the remaining 47,458 shares by the employee benefit trust to a person closely associated.

·     The vesting of 67,958 of Grant Wood's nil-cost options granted in 2016 under The 2010 Rotork Long Term Share Incentive Plan and the off market sale to the relevant employee benefit trust of 31,941 shares for PAYE and NI liabilities arising on vesting and an off market sale of a further 18,008 shares to the employee benefit trust and the transfer of the remaining 18,009 shares by the employee benefit trust to a person closely associated.

·     The vesting of 61,600 of David Littlejohns nil-cost options granted in 2016 under The 2010 Rotork Long Term Share Incentive Plan and the off market sale to the relevant employee benefit trust of 28,952 shares for PAYE and NI liabilities arising on vesting and an off market sale the remaining 32,648 shares.
