Director/PDMR Shareholding

Rotork plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 0.5p shares undertaken by persons closely associated with directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility. 

Acquisition of ordinary shares by persons closely associated with the executive directors under monthly rolling share purchase agreements between the Company and executive directors. The purchases are funded from deductions in the respective executive directors net monthly salary in accordance with the commitment from the executive directors in the 2016 remuneration report that they will invest their 2017 salary increases above the normal workforce increase in the Company's shares.
