Rotork plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transaction in the Company's ordinary 0.5p shares undertaken by a person discharging managerial responsibility.

-     Vesting of 5,262 executive share incentive award shares to Grant Hunter Wood (Divisional Managing Director - Rotork Controls) and the subsequent sale of 2,474 shares to cover tax and NI liabilities and a further 2,788 shares.
