Rusagro announces expiration of contract of Maxim Basov, CEO of Rusagro Group
Rusagro announces the decision of Maxim Basov, CEO of Rusagro Group, to not prolong his employment contract, ending 31 December 2021. Maxim continues to be the shareholder and the member of the Board of Directors of ROS AGRO PLC. From 1 January 2022 Rusagro Group will be headed by Maxim Basov's successor, an employee of the Company to be announced before the end of the year.
