Borealis entered into a binding agreement with YILDIRIM for the sale by Borealis of all its shares in Rosier SA to YILDIRIM

Borealis AG has announced today that it has entered into a binding agreement with YILDIRIM Group's YILFERT Holding for the sale and purchase of Borealis' shareholding in Rosier SA.
