RooLife Group Ltd (ASX: RLG) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of RooLife Group Ltd (‘RLG’) will be halted at the request of RLG, pending the release of an announcement by RLG.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 11 August 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

• RLG’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

RLG TRADING HALT REQUEST

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, RooLife Group Ltd (ASX: RLG ) requests the granting of a trading halt in RLG’s securities listed on the ASX pending the release of an announcement in respect to a proposed placement of securities.

It is requested that the trading halt apply from commencement of trading on Thursday 07 August 2025 and continue until the earlier of RLG releasing the announcement noted above or the commencement of trading on Monday 11 August 2025.

RLG confirms that it is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
