POSITIVE PROFIT ALERT

This announcement is made by Roma Group Limited (the “Company” and together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) pursuant to Part XIVA of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571, Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 17.10 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Growth Enterprise Market of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company wishes to inform the shareholders of the Company (the “Shareholders”) and potential investors that, based on the draft unaudited consolidated management accounts of the Group, it is expected that the Group may record an increase in the net profit for the three months ended 30 June 2015 as compared with that for the three months ended 30 June 2014. Such increase in the Group’s net profit was mainly attributable to (i) the increase in revenue generated from the Group’s provision of valuation and advisory services of approximately HK$4.3 million for the three months ended 30 June 2015 as compared with that for the three months ended 30 June 2014; and (ii) the increase in interest income from the Group’s provision of financing services of approximately HK$6.5 million for the three months ended 30 June 2015 as compared with that for the three months ended 30 June 2014.
