ATLANTA, GEORGIA, On July 28, 2015: Rollins, Inc. (NYSE:ROL), a premier global consumer and commercial services company, announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.08 per share payable September 10, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business August 10, 2015. The Company hereby incorporates by reference herein the information set forth in its Press Release dated July 28, 2015, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
