ANTTI LEINO, VP R&D, LEAVES HIS POSITION IN ROBIT PLC

Antti Leino, VP R&D and Member of Global Management Team, has decided to leave
Robit Plc to pursue other interests outside the company. Leino's employment in
Robit Plc will end in the beginning of February 2018.

Robit Plc thanks Leino for his excellent contribution and wishes him the best
success in his future tasks.
