The Company announces that Toby Fowlston, Chief Executive Officer, and David Bower, Chief Financial Officer, have each elected to make the maximum individual employee contribution permitted under the Company's 2023 Sharesave Scheme (the "Scheme").
Under the Scheme, Toby Fowlston and David Bower have accordingly today each received an option over 6,374 shares in the Company. The options have been granted at the price of £2.91 per share determined under the Scheme, and vest after 3 years.
