The Company announces that Robert Walters, the Company's Chief Executive, Giles Daubeney, Chief Operating Officer, and Alan Bannatyne, Chief Financial Officer, exercised awards on 12 June 2014 under The Robert Walters UK Sharesave Plan 2008 over ordinary shares of 20p each held in the Robert Walters Employee Benefit Trust.
