Updated AGM Guidance

As required by its articles of association, the Group intends to proceed with its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") as planned at 10.30am on Wednesday 13 May, at 11 Slingsby Place, St Martin's Courtyard. London WC2E 9AB. Currently, a quorum of two shareholders is required to attend in person, to be satisfied by the Chair and another Director or the Company Secretary.

The health of the Company's shareholders and its colleagues is of paramount importance. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, shareholders are required to follow the latest Government guidance in respect of public gatherings.  The current guidance is therefore that they should not attend the AGM in person but instead submit their votes by proxy, with all votes to be routinely dealt with by way of a poll.

As set out in the Notice of AGM, shareholders can also ask questions in advance of the meeting by emailing the Company Secretary, richard.harris@robertwalters.com, with responses to be set out ON the investor relations pages of the Group's website, if appropriate.  Should Government guidance change such that shareholder attendance on 13 May is permissible, the Company will accommodate such attendance with all appropriate measures in place as may be further instructed by the Government
